Stress Relief Jewelry – Relax and Accessorize!

stress relieving bracelets

What if you could get jewelry that helped put you in a present state of mind?

Jewelry doesn’t have to just hang out with pretty looks.

It can have a purpose, and one you’ll love.

There are a few types of jewelry that can help you relax and look pretty at the same time.

Below I will show you some options, and you can see which type of jewelry is best for your needs.

They are all great at helping with stress and anxiety, but do so in very different ways.

Check out how stress relief jewelry can help you…

  • Diffuse on the go
  • Comes in necklaces or bracelets
  • Made of beautiful (often natural) beads
  • Many styles to choose from
  • Use essential oils that are great for stress relief (ex. Bergamot, Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Chamomile, and more)

Essential oil jewelry is one of the better known stress relief jewelry options.

It has lava beads, or sometimes wood beads, that are used to diffuse essential oils.

You place a few drops of your favorite essential oil on a couple lava beads (or wood beads) and the oil is diffused through the bead.

This way you are able to diffuse on the go.

If you often use an essential oil that helps you with stress relief, you can use this type of jewelry to diffuse the oil.

  • Helps you learn and use meditation
  • Often made of natural gemstone beads
  • Many pretty colors and styles
  • Helps you learn to stay focused
  • Helps with breathing

Meditation jewelry is wonderful for stress relief.

Sometimes meditation jewelry is better known as a Mala bracelet or necklace.

It is made up of round beads that help you learn how to meditate and breathe more regularly.

The process is fairly simple, but takes some time to get good at.

You don’t want your mind to wander off, you want to stay focused.

What you do is go from bead to bead saying a word (also known as a mantra), and this helps you learn to stay centered and meditate.

Traditional Mala jewelry often comes in 18, 27, 54 or 108 bead lengths.

Watch the video demonstration below to learn more about using Mala jewelry.

  • Usually found as a ring
  • Helps with anxiousness
  • Keeps your mind busy
  • Different styles have different moving parts

You will find fidget jewelry most often as a ring, but once in a while you’ll discover a bracelet or necklace too.

This type of jewelry has parts that move by using your fingers.

The ring may have a center band that moves, or a small bead that moves.

You then use your fingers that aren’t wearing the ring to move around the movable pieces.

This acts as a way to keep your mind busy. It helps you fidget with something, which assists in relieving anxiousness.

  • Plays a relaxing tone
  • Can use in a peaceful area or while meditating
  • Comes in a few different colors
  • Helps with mindfulness

A tone necklace is a tiny flute that plays a mindfulness tone when you lightly blow on it.

It specifically plays the note 528 Hz.

This note is referred as the “Love Frequency” and it’s known to help in calming the mind and body.

Wear it for any occasion as it looks cute and use it when you are in a peaceful area or are practicing meditation.

You will find the tone to be very relaxing and it’ll put you in the present moment with a calm state of mind.

  • Learn to breathe slow and continuously
  • Comes in two color options
  • Helps with meditation
  • Slows your heart rate down
  • Trains controlled breathing for stress relief

This necklace is made as a stress relieving aid.

It’s a whistle shaped necklace that is designed to breathe into and it slows your exhale.

There’s nothing that makes this too technical nor is it complicated to use.

If you’re not used to breathing in deeper or need the training to breathe deeper, the Shift will help.

By breathing in deeper and exhaling slowly, your nervous system tends to calm down, your heart rate is slowed and your stress is drastically reduced.

When you’re anxious or worried, you’re usually thinking of something of the future, but the Shift is made to bring you back to the present moment.

This is also very discreet and no one knows what you’re doing when you’re using it.

And the best part is that it looks fashionable and cute, you’ll certainly get plenty of compliments wearing this.

If you exhale too harshly it’ll make a whistle noise and that’s when you know that you need to slow down until it makes no noise whatsoever.

This is one of the best anti-stress, calming pieces of jewelry you can get.

Molecule necklaces are symbols of happiness as each one resembles a chemical that naturally makes you happier and less stressed.

Some necklaces include shapes ranging from serotonin, oxytocin and cannabis molecules.

The necklaces come in different colors and materials, ranging from gold to silver.

Get one that makes you feel good.

As strange as it may seem, chewable accessories are all the hype these days.

Instead of chewing your nails or lips, use these chewables as a secret weapon.

These are also known as being “chewelry”.

Whether you have anxiety or stress, chewing these away are better than chewing something like your nails.

These bracelets have engravings on them, some of which are going to remind you to remain calm, breathe and so on.

You might forget to breathe deeply, or maybe you are holding a grudge that makes you feel negative.

Or you force yourself to tense up.

Make these bracelets your reminder.

Choose one that makes you feel relaxed and full of positive vibes.

Magnetic bracelets are meant to help improve your overall well-being.

By using strong magnets, it helps increase blood circulation, thus leaving the body with more use of oxygen and nutrients.

They don’t contain any toxic materials so you’re left with a fashionable piece of jewelry.

Choose one that you like the most.

It’s amazing how a simple accessory can have so much power.

You can wear a lovely piece of jewelry and relieve stress at the same time.

If you’re interested in more than one type of jewelry you can use certain pieces for different purposes.

For example, you might wear an essential oil diffuser bracelet every day, wear the breathing necklaces while you’re at work, and wear a meditation Mala necklace while meditating.

All the jewelry can be used in the way that helps you best.

I own almost all of these jewelry pieces and each one has its purpose in my life.

My favorite part is how pretty the pieces are, and the fact that they actually help with my stress.

Since all of these pieces appear to be simple accessories no one even knows you’re using them for stress relief.

That’s what’s great about them, you can wear them and don’t have to feel like you will be embarrassed by wearing some obnoxious item.

You can relieve stress and don’t have to worry even more about how you’re doing so.

You can even wear these pieces simply as jewelry, and can use them once in a while for stress relief.

  1. I love it, I love it, I absolutely love it.

I’m huge into meditation and all frequency things and this jewelry seem like the perfect addition to my relaxation routine.  I’m particularly interested in the diffuser, the fidget and one that lowers your frequency; though I have a question about that.

So my understanding with frequencies is that the highest the frequency, the better.  For example, Love has a frequency of 700 + when anger is a very low-frequency emotion.

I think I understand what you are trying to say, that it’s calming but will that affect my overall vibration?

    1. Hi!

Great question! The tone is always the same frequency when you blow into it. It will always play the calming frequency. This way no matter what mood you’re in (happy, mad, sad, etc.) you will feel a sense of relaxation come over you. The tone is meant to always provide the same calming frequency. Thanks!!
