It’s amazing how a simple accessory can have so much power.
You can wear a lovely piece of jewelry and relieve stress at the same time.
If you’re interested in more than one type of jewelry you can use certain pieces for different purposes.
For example, you might wear an essential oil diffuser bracelet every day, wear the breathing necklaces while you’re at work, and wear a meditation Mala necklace while meditating.
All the jewelry can be used in the way that helps you best.
I own almost all of these jewelry pieces and each one has its purpose in my life.
My favorite part is how pretty the pieces are, and the fact that they actually help with my stress.
Since all of these pieces appear to be simple accessories no one even knows you’re using them for stress relief.
That’s what’s great about them, you can wear them and don’t have to feel like you will be embarrassed by wearing some obnoxious item.
You can relieve stress and don’t have to worry even more about how you’re doing so.
You can even wear these pieces simply as jewelry, and can use them once in a while for stress relief.
Don’t feel like you have to wear them all the time and only when you need to reduce stress.
Your new favorite jewelry will soon be stress relief jewelry!

I love it, I love it, I absolutely love it.
I’m huge into meditation and all frequency things and this jewelry seem like the perfect addition to my relaxation routine. I’m particularly interested in the diffuser, the fidget and one that lowers your frequency; though I have a question about that.
So my understanding with frequencies is that the highest the frequency, the better. For example, Love has a frequency of 700 + when anger is a very low-frequency emotion.
I think I understand what you are trying to say, that it’s calming but will that affect my overall vibration?
Hi!
Great question! The tone is always the same frequency when you blow into it. It will always play the calming frequency. This way no matter what mood you’re in (happy, mad, sad, etc.) you will feel a sense of relaxation come over you. The tone is meant to always provide the same calming frequency. Thanks!!

I love this Katy. I don’t own a lot of jewelry but this really appeals. I have used essential oil bracelets before and loved them but the ones you show are really pretty. I definitely want to look into the fidget jewelry as well. Such great ideas here. Thank you!

This is an amazing post! My daughter and I made her a bracelet a while back for her to play with because she has anxiety and she struggles with OCD tendencies because of it. It was a great help to her.
