My Journey with Stress and Anxiety
Hi, my name is Katy and I created the website How to | Stress Relief. It all started when I struggled with my own stress issues. Back when I was in high school I would often feel sick to my stomach, and I didn’t know why. Later in life I noticed more symptoms; such as dizziness, shaking, tiredness, and more. It took me about 10 years to realize that my problem was stress and anxiety. The two definitely work hand-in-hand. Having stress would make me anxious, and having anxiety would make me stressed. It seemed like I was on a never ending circle with no relief. But finally, I found techniques that worked for me. I sorted out ones that I heard were supposed to work good, but didn’t, and found the techniques that actually help. I use my own tips and strategies on a daily basis, and I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t. I’ve gone on to help my friends with stress, and even people I’ve met online and through events I’ve sponsored. Because of my journey struggling for years with stress and anxiety I’ve found an amazing system that can help you eliminate the stressful stress and anxiety in your life.
Why I’m Here to Help?
I genuinely want to HELP you feel better! I know how stress can affect your daily activities and how it can change your state of mind. Your body can feel drained and you can become a mess. I know the feeling, and because I went through the pain, I don’t want you to. If I can even help just a few people eliminate their stress and anxiety I will be happy, but I hope to help a ton more! Nobody deserves to live a life full of stress and anxiety.
